I created the Teacher’s Pyramid to show the foundation that I used to experience quality outcomes in the classroom. My success, actually the success of the students, was a result of laying a strong foundation, i.e. making connections, quality lesson planning, quality assessments, etc. and included with that was my desire to improve, hence the importance of self reflection. I like to use strong visuals to help myself create images of what I need to do or what I am seeking to accomplish.
